5th GENERATION DOYLE –PETER DOYLE OAM Peter has worked in the Doyle family business that started in 1885 for 34 years. He was awarded an OAM for services to the restaurant industry. Doyles seafood restaurants are known throughout Australia and indeed internationally .Peter has been a strong supporter of Australian Tourism .I wanted to paint him with the famous view and Doyles restaurant Canopy . I used iridescent oil paints that capture the lights and make the painting shimmer and have a 3d effect.
